How to activate your account
A welcome email was sent to recent active users of Shared Record Viewer. If you received an email but did not activate your account within 24 hours, click password reset button below or on the new Shared Record Viewer homepage. This will trigger an email to complete the registration process.
If you didn't receive an email and you require access to the new Shared Record Viewer, contact an IT administrator at your organisation to request an account.
About the new Shared Record Viewer
The new Shared Record Viewer is Internet First and does not require an HSCN connection. It provides instant access to the Medical Interoperability Gateway (MIG) and allows you to search for patients and access their medical records, in real-time without the need for an existing clinical system or direct integration. It will provide you with a robust and secure platform that’s designed to navigate easily with a modernised interface.
